A study of the Christian classic, The Cost of Discipleship! Theologian, pastor and martyr, Dietrich Bonhoeffer delivers an extraordinary examination of the Sermon on the Mount during the dark days in Germany when believers witnessed Hitler’s rise to power. Jesus’ teachings in Matthew 5 to 7 are the nearest thing to a manifesto, defining what He wanted His followers to be and what He wanted them to do. As we ourselves encounter terrible times in what seem to be the last days, how are we to live out our faith when this world actively challenges it?

You will learn what God has done and what will happen about Israel, the Jews and the world, including a nation wide turning to Jesus. From Jesus’ Cross to His return. Some call Zechariah a mini Isaiah or Revelations, Bob Boston highly recommends diving into this 14 chapter treasure trove of God’s hand on individuals and the world. No homework required, but for those who want to delve deeper we will help. Since retiring, the minor prophets have become Bob’s hobby and most loved scriptures.

This free weekly program is for preschool through elementary ages and includes family dinner, games/activities, handbook/scripture studies and bible lessons.
